Phase 1: Mandurah Response Plan
In these unprecedented circumstances, there has never been a more important time for our community to stick together. We all have a role to play in helping each other right now.
Visit mandurah.wa.gov.au or facebook.com/cityofmandurah for updated information.
Businesses can visit the COVID-19 Business Support page to find the latest information on financial assistance, eligibility and timing for new State and Federal Government support.
The City is working with all sectors in the community to shape and implement the Mandurah Community COVID-19 Response Plan.
The Plan has three core components:
1. Check-in with each other
What the City is doing: | How you can help: |
You may receive a phone call from a City of Mandurah staff member or community volunteer just to check in with you. | Check in on your neighbours in a safe way, share phone numbers and help each other out where you can. |
2. Support Network Co-ordination
What the City is doing: | How you can help: |
Work with agencies, community organisations and groups to coordinate support activity across our community. | If you’re part of a group that can help or have an idea, let us know about it below! |
3. Talk to each other
What the City is doing: | How you can help: |
Make sure our community is connected, coordinated and keeping up to date with the best information to keep people safe. | Share your positive stories of community support below, so we can help get the message out. |

Now is not the time to visit Mandurah
Share Now is not the time to visit Mandurah on Facebook Share Now is not the time to visit Mandurah on Twitter Share Now is not the time to visit Mandurah on Linkedin Email Now is not the time to visit Mandurah linkWith the Easter holidays just days away, Mayor Rhys Williams is reminding holidaymakers and visitors that now is not the time to visit Mandurah.
“Mandurah is such a special place not only to the people who live here, but thousands of visitors and holidaymakers across the state and country - but right now, we need you to stay away so that we can keep our community healthy. Given the age demographics we have in Mandurah and Peel, we have significant concerns about the impacts of having increased visitors in our area, especially over Easter.”
