Consultation has concluded

The City of Mandurah has received a request for an amendment to the Local Planning Scheme 12. At its meeting of 23 August 2022, Council resolved to adopt the above scheme amendment for the purposes of advertising.

The purpose of the amendment is as follows:

(a) Modifying clause 3.4, Table 4 of the Scheme by adding the following.

Development shall be in accordance with the standards prescribed for a Restaurant/Café in a ‘Local Centre’

(b) Amending the Scheme Maps accordingly.

As part of the advertising process, you have the opportunity to provide comment on the proposed Amendment

  • lodged in person at the City’s Administration Building.

The public submission period is open until 17 March 2023. Should you make a submission, please be advised that all submissions will be presented to Council for its consideration in determining the final outcome and will become public record. Please include your full name and contact address with your submission to ensure that it will be considered.
