Falcon Bay Foreshore Reserve Redevelopment

Falcon Bay ReserveFalcon Bay Foreshore Reserve is one of Mandurah's iconic beachside recreation spaces, with a rich history and heritage.

The redevelopment project will commence in 2013, and will significantly upgrade the reserve area to meet the current and future needs of our growing community.

Key proposed changes will include:

  • Redeveloping the existing toilet block into a modern café/kiosk, incorporating public toilets, showers and change rooms;
  • Increasing useable recreational space by potentially removing a section of the western car park and replacing it with additional picnic facilities and a larger grassed area. A new 31-bay car park will be built nearby (approximately 100m away) on the corner of Thera and Eone Streets;
  • Upgrading the Reserve into a contemporary public space that maximises use of available area.
